Completed Prequalification documents put in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked the Category Reference Number should be deposited in the tender box situated at WESTLANDS NG-CDF offices off Kyuna Rise , opposite house no. 23 on or before 6 th November 2020 at 10.00am and opened thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
