MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE TO THE FAMILY OF EVANS OWINO FROM WESTLANDS MP
By George Kidi Kiprono, The slain body of Evans Owino from Westlands at Shauri Moyo along Jogoo Road after he was shot by police on November 17, 2017 I would like to condemn in the strongest terms possible the despicable shooting and killing of Mr Evans Owino of Githogoro Village, Highridge Location, Karura sub location of Westlands Constituency. His body is in City Mortuary. The needless loss of life, and in this case Mr. Owino who still had his whole life ahead of him, is truly tragic. I extend my sympathies to the family and friends of Mr Owino and urge the Inspector General of Police
