TSCU-Wednesday, May 8, 2019 The State Department of Correctional Services Principal Secretary (PS), Ms. Zainab Hussein has decried the low turnout in Huduma Namba registration exercise in Nairobi County and urged the public to visit registration centres. Ms. Hussein said by the end of Monday May 6, only 2 million people had registered whereas the county’s target is 5.6 million. She said the government expects all Kenyans to register before the end of the designated period for the exercise to enable the state plan its policies and programmes for effective service delivery.
